I work in marketing and digital content strategy within the multifamily housing industry, supporting both affordable and market-rate communities. My work focuses on developing and overseeing marketing materials that align with leasing objectives and operational requirements while highlighting neighborhood context, lifestyle, and community values. I am particularly interested in how digital channels, content strategy, and data-informed marketing decisions influence how prospective residents discover, evaluate, and engage with multifamily housing brands. Through Ortiz Housing Lab, I share insights on marketing strategy, digital communication, and content development to support developers, asset managers, property managers, and leasing teams in strengthening their online presence and driving leasing outcomes across diverse portfolios.
